Define "rich" and "poor". I am quite wealthy compared to most people in the world, but not compared to my countrymen.

When you listen to make it rain, it's either this fantasy or just another day in the week. If it's the former, you're poor. If the latter, you're rich.

Seriously though, faced with this decision, I would probably kill the rich, less people would die and there would be less overall damage to humanity. Ideally, we shouldn't be killing anyone though.

During this time, the Church was argueing amongst itself with other "Jewish Christians" about how Gentiles should follow the law, as Christianity was increasing in popularity, especially among Roman soldiers stationed around Israel. Peter has a vision in which God tells him that he has made clean was what previously unclean. And with this he first told a soldier named Cornelius that he tells the 'good news'. And that is why Christian no longer have to follow the law (or in that mindset, Gentile Jews no longer have to follow the law). They much merely fear Him and do what acceptable to Him.

Some violence is necessary, yes. It is clearly not necessary to eliminate every rich person. And revolutions have occurred in the past with minimal loss of life, the February Revolution in Russia is a good example and the subsequent October Revolution was bloodless in Petrograd. Also the reason violence is necessary is because if a socialist government were to be elected and act in the interests of the workers against the rich, the rich would employ violence in order to maintain their dominance of society, thus violence in return for violence not violence for the sake of violence quite a difference.

Which is a good summation of what I think of Christianity. And what about all the other religions? And there is no proof whatsoever that Christianity, in any form is correct. Also which type of Christianity do you refer to? You don't get to call Marx an idiot until you have written as much as he did or have read on formed a coherent opinion on all his work, I suspect that you have done neither of the above.
