I think it's referring to the statement that whether or not he's a father doesn't affect the fact that he is still too mentally immature to play a violent video game.

Seems you have finally seen the light and realized the problems of a welfare state. Might I suggest "The Bell Curve" which is an excellent book that addresses the problems of welfare and how welfare funds encourage lower IQ individuals to have more babies and gradually make the world a dumber place.

Well, he shouldn't be playing video games as often. Instead, he should be focusing on doing well in school and helping to care for the baby that he fathered if he or his parents have any custody rights and it wasn't just given up for adoption.

Of course, I'm not familiar with the actual laws pertaining to underage parents in the country where this happened; but that is basic responsibility. If you have a kid, they still need to be cared for. I know that he couldn't get employment at 13 but he could still help out in small ways around the house.

Why weren't his parents more involved so that he wouldn't be able to play M rated games, much less engage in reckless behavior like unprotected sex at his age? I think this adolescent is just an asshole through and through.

I actually don't think that's the issue at all. It doesn't sound like he was emulating the video game in any way.
