Slippery slope. Banning pornography does not mean that one is also going to ban all paintings and pictures that are not government propaganda.

Yeah, but why ban the violent/sexy games and porn in the first place? I don't see the issue with people expressing themselves artistically in a way that might not be appropriate for kids. As long as you warn people that what they're gonna see/play is of a mature nature then I don't have any qualms with it.

They should not have access to those games anyway. Besides being morally degrading, allowing under-age consumers to play M-rated games is exceedingly bad taste. The ERSB rating system was implemented for a reason.

Instead of the whole 'Ban Violent Video Games' argument. How about forcing Microsoft and Sony to advertise their Parental Control systems better to the Parents, I did the research and they are in place on both consoles and they both restrict games if the user is 'underage' as well as Live/PSN.
