I have never been in a fight. I am compassionate and empathetic. When I see people fighting I do not think to watch because I feel bad for them both, or just one if it's only one getting hurt.

Sorry but i just don't believe that. Anyone could really do something this violent and horrible if the case was right. It doesn't mean that the parents condone it or did anything to support an action such as this in anyway.

Besides, this child could have a mental condition or something along those lines. If the child is not right in the head then they will of course act unexpectedly and how could this be the responsibility of the parents and in turn tell you about them?

If your child slashes someones throat over a video game then yes it does tell us alot about you. If his response to becoming mildly upset is murder then they failed as parents. If he is so severely mentally ill that his response to becoming mildly upset is murder and they did not notice and act accordingly then they failed as parents.
