Most people are. I've worked with guns for years and never shot somebody on accident. The same can be said of most gun owners. However, you get stupid people in every group.

It's in the bolded section. If it's not an individual right, then why does it talk of the right of the people? References to "the people" in other sections of the Constitution refer to individuals, why would this be any different? If it meant that the state had the right to keep and bear arms, why didn't it read, "...the right of the state to keep and bear arms..."? If they were talking about the militia having the right to keep and bear arms, shouldn't it have read, "...the right of the militia to keep and bear arms..."?

Savages are less expensive (especially the Axis line), and while still plenty accurate, I feel as though the Rem. 700 will be able to be fine-tuned to a greater degree.

Savages are usually considered to be the most accurate rifles out of the box due to Savages attention to detail when making their rifles. However 700 actions are the most used action when making a custom gun.
