They are natural. Enough said they are absolute. In a civilized society, the only just way to remove them is when the individual forfeits them via aggression or crime (which are usually one in the same).
No you wouldn't. In a state of nature, you would be torn to shreds by predators. You could maybe argue liberty, but not the other two.
And that is where responsibility exists: I have the responsibility to defend my rights.
