Ok, I had just joined the game, and I have no clue what to do now. I already finished my first issue and no new telegrams have came in... I honeslty have no clue what to do... Any help?

poke around these forums, mess about within your region...you won't receive any new issues for 24 hours or some-such so yeah its not much of a browser game :/
