I agree 100% with you. However many scientifical based opinions can be said on this subject. One could say that spirits are some form of energy. Or a portal to an other world. I don't know. However I know that we do not know most of this universe.

I would like an opinion about the burning cross. None has discussed about this yet.

Get something that looks like wood (when seen in low resolution/lighting), but does not burn. Coat it with a bit of lighter fluid. Get a couple of wires almost touching, so that the spark it creates jumps between the two, but also hits the "cross". Set the circuit up on a timer, so that you don't actually have to interact with it on camera.

The people here, obstinately sceptical and willfully blind to the true ways of things as they are, will probably mock us, but we, guided by the lights, know that there are indeed things which are beyond the kens of human understanding and human science. It is obvious that this is the work of God to show us, his believers, that he does exist, and he can intervene in our world, thus contradicting the evil Gnostic and Deistic heresies as well as refute the Atheists.

It wasn't photoshop. And if it was, it was done near perfectly, because he made the "shopped-fire" give off light.

But, going back and looking at the video, moments after he puts the fire out, the back of the cross comes into view. You can see the two exposed heads of silver wire at the exact point where the fire started.

Don't edit my posts. Make your own, as I am about to do.

3) It is. Go look again.
4&5) Bullshit. The "voice" you hear is more garbled and indistinct than that shit you hear on "ghost hunter" shows
7) Do you see where the thing came from? Why does the camera not turn around to look in that direction until much later? It's because another person was standing there, because they had just thrown whatever it was into the bathtub
8) Because of the angle he is standing at (to the left of the table, and the candles). If he had gone to the other side, the exact same effect would have been achieved

And then, of course, is the fact that we know he faked a great deal of "paranormal activity" in his videos, which strips all of them of any credibility. Why would he need to fake one thing, if he had a bunch of real stuff happen? If one part is faked, every part is faked.

1. You just have to insult Christians at every point possible, don't you?
2. I believe man is made of three entities: Soul, Spirit and Body. The Soul is what controls our body and allows us to live, and the body is what enables us to interact with the physical world. The Spirit is our connection to god, which is clouded by sin. When we die, our soul is destroyed, making it impossible for us to interact with the physical world after death.

Mav isn't insulting Christians, he's insulting the stupid shit they believe in.
And, if the soul is destroyed, why are there ghosts (a.k.a. disembodied souls)?

I believe this too, but my form of belief makes it impossible for spirits and ghosts other than God and the Holy Spirit to interact with the physical world.

Yes, what you call 'Spirit' is what the rest of the world calls 'Soul'. As for our 'Spirit' being clouded by sin, that would mean that our 'Spirit' in and of itself, is pure, where St. Augustine, amongst others, have demonstrated Biblically that it is, in fact, tainted with sin (as with a poisoned chalice), and can only be cleanse via God.

God is showing us, via this blessed event, that he can interact with the world, only, he chooses not to most of the time.
