Pull the electric cord from a lamp and place the two wires over where you think the cat's heart may be. Then touch the wires to the skin and see what happens.

I imagine it might work for NS2 as well.

If that doesn't work we can resort to Necromancy, and Interwebs Necromancy respectively.

I'm not sure what you expected to happen, but the cat is now on fire. Although the fire appears to be killing the maggots, and now the other cats aren't trying to eat him.
So ... take him to the vet, or just wait a few more days to see if he snaps out of it (being on fire).
Stuck somewhere between high school and old school.
Here's some bullshit I write. Maybe you want to read it?

Wait a few more days and then take him to the vet, just to be sure.

You know, I've heard that the foam in fire extinguishers is good for cats sometimes. Maybe that'll help.

Wow, that's exactly what I expected to happen.

Although the fire appears to be killing the maggots, and now the other cats aren't trying to eat him.

As Meatloaf, that pre-eminent philosopher and all round sex-kitten said, '2 out of 3 ain't bad'.

I approve of this idea - electrocuting and burning NS2 is an excellent suggestion.

Or alternatively you might wind up with some gamesite version of Pet Sematary 2.
