Biden vs Paul on the economy:

Biden- The economy is really doing ok, We lowered unemployment below 8 percent By 2013.

Paul- The economy is still in a recession, the last 8 years of the Obama administration has failed our country, It is time for real change in Washington after Bush and Obama.

Biden vs Paul on healthcare:

Biden- We have prescribed Obamacare to cover pre-existing medical conditions, In my administration we will continue to work Obamacare for the next generation.

Paul- If Biden wins, we are screwed and we can't afford this law. It kills pharmacists, doctors and jobs.

Result: First Democrat 50-state win.

I don't have as much faith in red states turning blue as some of my fellow liberals do. Texas? Shit, maybe if everyone in Austin got three votes a piece. Arizona? See if they ever vote that fascist shit Arpaio out of office and then we'll talk carrying a Dem. Some states are pretty predictable and people who pontificate about sweeping changes sound like dipshits, like those morons who thought Romney would carry fucking Oregon.

He likely would have supported Calvin Coolidge and Secretary Mellon's economic policies (possibly the most free market president in US history). Why is this good? Take a look:

http://www.cato.org/publications/commentary/1920s-income-tax-cuts-sparked-economic-growth-raised-federal-revenues

The tax cuts allowed the U.S. economy to grow rapidly during the mid- and late-1920s. Between 1922 and 1929, real gross national product grew at an annual average rate of 4.7 percent and the unemployment rate fell from 6.7 percent to 3.2 percent. The Mellon tax cuts restored incentives to work, save, and invest, and discouraged the use of tax shelters.

During the same period, the number of taxpayers earning between $10,000 and $100,000 increased 84 percent, while the number reporting income of less than $10,000 fell.

He has good morals but I would not want him as leader (he did well in debates though-I liked his attack against Romney about the Romneycare in Massachusetts).
