My dad was a pretty weak dude, so I dunno what this whole 'hardiness' shit is that you're talking about.

Also, sexist much? I've met cold-hearted, downright cruel bitches who are moms and soft-hearted dads.

It was a generalization, but you get the jist of it. And in any case, families are supposed to have gender roles.

I don't worship unproven deities that can hate. Hate is bad.

'Hate' is the wrong word. God gives us the ability not only to love Him, but to disobey Him; he loves us enough to give us free will. When we disobey Him, it is not so much hate as it is a parent being disappointed in their children.

An omnipotent god and freewill cannot coexist. If you set up dominoes and knock one down you didn't give them a choice. God knew exactly what each molecule of the universe would do until the end of time, if he didn't he's clearly not omniscient. By assembling them just so he set up the dominoes to fall a specific way.

How hard is this to grasp?

God created us with free will and will not intrude on free will even if it is being used to commit an act of horrible evil.

There is many more than you think. But yes, there are still many as well who are adamant on not allowing same-sex marriage to happen.
