Theistic Evolution is a separate branch from the godless version of the Theory of Evolution. Different branch on the same tree.

Seems more likely than everything exploded out of nothing and everything was so perfectly fine tuned that if one thing was even the least bit different, it would be impossible for us to exist.

Sexuality is not listed on those 'Equal Opportunity Employer' signs you see at businesses.
It is still very legal to fire someone for their sexuality in most states.
