I heavily support the overturning of the Interracial Marriage laws and am glad that they got overturned because they threw people in PRISON for interracialy marrying. I do not want that for Gay People. In practice, I don't even want the Federal Govt. deciding, but in personal belief, I simply want a Constitutional Amendment nullifying any same-sex marriages and forbidding the Federal Govt from recognizing them.

You really can't read the entire thing can you? In practice, I want the states to decide, but in personal belief, I want a Constitutional Amendment. That means that my belief in State's Rights overrules my support for a Constitution Amendment, but I still support a Constitutional Amendment.
