The information gained from the scanner has the problem of being fairly fragmented because only so much is actually what we can hear; a lot of it's not being said over radio/scanner/whatever.

It's not a belief that a lot of explosives will go off but rather that any civilian could accidentally set something off and injure themselves and anyone nearby.

The police performing an ORGANIZED and NON-INTERFERING evacuation through confirmed safe areas is going to be inherently safer than a fucking mass exodus of everyone else.

EDIT: I believe there were reports of one of the suspects possibly being caught (besides the dead one) and on the scanner the police are debating whether to allow people to take vehicles to work or to tell them to stay inside or what.

EDIT2: Second suspect is confirmed dead. This is not to say the suspects were the perpetrators, but everything's calming down a great bit.

EDIT3: There is a possible third suspect/one of the original two who is on a bike with a heavy backpack.

EDIT4: I'm getting a bit tired and a little bit loopy, but as far as I can tell, either the third suspect or a new suspect have been spotted with a grey jacket/sweatshirt with green on orange lettering near the Arsenal Mall.
