Yes, he is. His Gerard Butleresque beard is something of an ongoing project for me. I've watched the British version of Project Runway (called Project Catwalk here). I could never get into the American version because it was more about who was loudest than who produced the best work.

Then again, I have a lot of friends in the fashion industry from art school (well, mostly in performance costume) and none of them watch Runway, so I'm not sure what that implies.

That's hotly debated and is somewhere between 2 and 10% in the US depending on who you ask. The most reputable source I've ever seen was around 5%. *looks for it now*
