The car metaphor is really grinding. Please avoid it if at all possible. Comparing a transsexual to a counterfeit car is demeaning. They are not counterfeits - they're the real thing.
You also can't expect them to be straight-up. I mean, it's not exactly an easy topic to bring up and oftentimes transsexuals get persecuted for their beliefs, so you can't blame them for wanting to get to know you a bit.

So you are saying that transexuals are dishonest cowards? That is highly insulting. Believe it or not I have a transgender friend who is actually honest about it and even proud of it. He (or she rather) doesn't take shit from anybody.

I wouldn't go that far. Religion can be a kind and loving and beneficial force.
