If they won't enter a relationship because of infertility then they can't remain with anyone who becomes infertile later. I'm aware they can, but it makes them look like they don't stay true to their values at all.
Seriously, this has been explained very many times now. Virtually everybody's "values" include "I will do things for someone I love that I won't do for someone I just met." This is not freaking rocket science, dude. I am not betraying any "values" if I will put up with my boyfriend grabbing my chest and saying, "Hehehehehe, you have BOOBIES"...

If they do possess such a plan or already have changed their sex then no. The reason? Well let me put it this way. If I want to buy a vintage 1966 Dodge Charger then I want a real 1966 Dodge Charger. Not a 2007 Toyota Prius that has simply been modified to look like it was a 1966 Dodge Charger. I want only what is real and original. A person may get a sex change but that doesn't change the fact that they were once the opposite sex and even with today's medical technology a person's sex can only really be superficially changed. Not 100%. Even if that was possible I still wouldn't do it because it will still be fake and not real in my eyes.
So, trans people are cars now.
