I'm just very curious about where people are when it comes to this issue. I'm not trans myself, but I think that, while its good that gays and lesbians are approaching wide societal acceptance, I feel that the "T" in LGBT is still very much marginalized in society.

So, my question to you all, if you went on a date with a charming, witty, attractive and otherwise had all the characteristics that you'd look for in someone, but was a trans person, how would you react? Poll above, and comment below. I'm very curious to see the responses. I'm not sure if I should add more responses, but I'd like to remove as much ambiguity as possible.

Me, I'd say what the hell. I think I'm pretty open minded to such a relationship. What do you think?

Likely not.

Can't say for certain because such a scenario never popped up in my dating life, so who knows maybe love would conquer all. But from where I'm sitting right now? No thanks, wouldn't be comfortable.
