Since you live in a western nation the resources you currently use could in theory also keep 100 African children or so alive. They will now die while wanting to live, while you live without wanting to. Sad, isn't it ?
Even sadder is we cannot efficiently transfer your resources to them, so your death would not save them. So think of the starving children - and enjoy your life.
