Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Silver-tone-Mjolnir-Pendant-Necklace-Jewelry/dp/B002EAXTXE/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&s=miscellaneous&qid=1257519711&sr=8-4 would be way cooler.

Actually, I believe it is identical (or dang close) to what I have/currently wear.

If my boyfriend started wearing a necklace, even a necklace with spikes and testicles and animal parts, I'd still think it was a little, well, feminine. I don't like long hair on guys, either. I can't explain it. Sorry to those long-haired, necklace wearing men whom I have offended.

what if he wore a wig, and put on an attractive feminine accent?
jewelry is a secondary requirement in my opinion, well unless you're in a long term relationship thing, then it's slightly more personal.

Surprisingly, that's less effeminate than the necklace.

Orlando Bloom looks effeminate because he seems to be unable to decide whether to actually grow a beard or not, and the third guy looks like an e-fit of a serial rapist.

Well, there you go.

I like my men to look a little more clean cut and corporate, I guess. Not preppy or anything, just not long-haired, jewelry wearers.

See, guys like that always look sweaty and dirty, and in order to manage that hair, they'd have to invest time into brushing and conditioning it. I like that my boyfriend takes 7-minute showers, buys cheap shampoo in bulk, and doesn't take up room in our shower caddy with his conditioners and special shampoos. :)

Well if I'm allowed to cram heaps of special conditioners and shampoos into the shower, I don't see why he couldn't do the same. :P
There are guys too who do do things like that.. perhaps you'd prefer something like Image?
