Jimmy Carter, he was destroyed by Reagan while he completely failed saving the hostages in Iran and after him everything was good until the 2000s.

I hate Clinton the most and Kennedy is the most overrated but worst would be the string of presidents that made a mess of reconstruction.

Why Clinton? And how is Kennedy overrated? In his short term, he:
-fixed the economy
-saved the world from the brink of nuclear war
-kicked off the space program
-introduced Medicare and the Peace Corps
-got the Civil Rights Act passed

The economy was already ok for Clinton, we had a space program, and the peace corps is a wast of money. But living off the successes from before him made him a pretty decent president.

AFAIK, the resolution of the Cuban Crisis happened while Kennedy was in office. Guess why?
it was under his spirit and support that NASA managed to get onto the moon (and in fact, dedicated the whole Apollo program to him, along with Cape Kennedy.)
Whatever your opinion may be of the Peace Corps, it was quite an intelligent idea that would have boosted the foreign popularity of the USA, with the side-benefit of providing aid to less fortunate countries while doing so.

He may have had his faults, but Kennedy was no bad president or overrated.

No, that is exactly why I hate him; he didn't intervene until 1942. FDR let France fall, FDR didn't intervene when the UK was in danger, FDR let the Soviets conquer and enslave Eastern Europe due to his left-wing sympathies. Fuck him. He's the reason hundreds of millions of people from Szczeczin to Trieste were enslaved for almost five decades.

Not really.

The reason hundreds of millions from Poland to the Mediterranean were "enslaved" for five decades is more down to this:

Which is in Churchill's handwriting, not Roosevelt's.

There's a reason for that. Reagan went behind Carter's back, and I'm sure this will shock you, begged the Iranians not to release the hostages because that would put him in the white house.

Reagan isn't the worst president, but he's top 5. Buchanan is the worst.

Lets first start with the DBA Agreement between the UK and the US (Source), which sold 50 destroyers to the UK in return for temporary administration of the British Carribean. Let's remember that the Lend Lease Program (March 11, 1941) ended US Neutrality effectively (Source), and aided the RoC, Free France, and to an extent the USSR (the USSR received US planes built in the 30's, but they didn't realize that until the end of the war). Lets also keep in mind that in 1940 Roosevelt began to secretly send cargo ships to Britain to help them while not getting into the war. Note how that was said after the 1940's election, in which the American public was deadset on staying neutral (before Pearl Harbor) and Roosevelt had to get his voters so after he won he could do a little bit more to help the British.

Also, FDR kinda died in 1944, all while there was an uncertainty on who would have what. It was Churchill and Stalin who secretly decided who would have influence in Greece, Hungary, Romania and Turkey. When the Americans found out about this deal, they went apeshit due to it's old imperialist tactics.

The only thing I don't like about Roosevelt is that on Dec. 7 he had a sinus infection and his doctor shoved cocaine up his nose, but then again, the early 40's wasn't a time for medicine.

Capitalism is always the answer. Whenever there's a problem in capitalism, you just need some more capitalism. If the solution isn't capitalism, then it's not really a problem. If your capitalism gets damaged, you just need to throw some capitalism on it and get on with your life.

Hi Choronzon, we haven't chatted for some time ;)

Anyway, I disagree with you. Being voted doesn't mean that the people who voted for you were right

Can a bad politician even be a president? Seems like an odd notion that you'd get the nation's top job without having some skill as a politician. Even counting the VPs who get the job after the death of a sitting president.

I actually did. And again, being re-elected doesn't necessarily mean that you aren't an incompetent president. It may mean that the people who voted for you were incompetent voters.
