I did ask my friend (who is also a member here too) for help and he did try to de-stress me by going for a day out (social, not work-related - he doesn't work at my place), but that only partially reduced my stress. Other friends have tried to help by doing the same thing, but it's not quite worked fully.
I have tried counselling, but the counselor seemed a bit patronising, so I left it and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth towards it.
How have you managed to cope with or reduce your workplace stress?
Apologies if this seems wrong to post on here, I'm just not sure what to do and need a bit more advice... I'm already getting advice, so any is useful.
