Because being able to have consensual relations with a multitude of people is something that they enjoy?

The ability to attract, and consort with, a wide array of options indicates that their personality archetype and physical stature are prime candidates for passing to future generations?

Because they really like to fuck?

I can go on....

I have the ability to attract, apparently. My very, very few trips to clubs, which i ahve since stopped attending. I just have absolutely no desire to have sex with any of those people. Why would I? I don't know them. I have no idea what they are like, what kind of person they are, etc.

Although if people enjoy it who am i to complain? Live and let live. I'd just prefer to settle down with one person. Personal preference, and all that.

Sexuality isn't binary of course. You're not either asexual or hypersexual. I personally think people should express their sexual preference with grid coordinates. One axis for hetero/homosexuality, the other for asexual/hypersexual.

That's the thing; If that is your choice, good on you. You know what you want, what you find attractive, what you find desirable, and you run with it.

That's good stuff.

But not everyone will feel that way, and not everyone should feel that way. Diversity of opinions, and diversity of sexual exploits, creates an idealized society. The stable, monogamous relationships help in society just as much as the unstable, polyamorous relationships help.

But the judgement stated in your original post shows that you're not yet willing to accept the polyamorous side of society, and underscores the need for further education regarding the benefits.

Shouldn't the graph be 3d or something to deal with those who fall outside the binary?

Hetero - Homo : Kinsey scale left to right.
Asexual/hypersexual : DSM top to bottom.

What'd be the Z axis? Poly-mono?

Probably. And then we'd need another one to describe what kind of person we'd like, from uber<sexuality> to non<sexuality>.

And where do you put those who have the X classification?

For some reason the current line of conversation got me thinking of this:

Well, a graph coordinating which kind of person you feel most attracted to wouldn't be able to be expressed as a traditional cube graph, you'd need one of those nonagons.

It's rather complicated, of course.

For those of you who were asking earlier in this thread, all those accusations made against me while I was in high school. I'm in college now, and whenever someone asks me if I ever has a girlfriend or sex, I simply say no. And I don't get accused of dumbshit anymore.

Also unlike what one user said, I am not frustrated for not having recent sex. I have methods of lowering my libido that I stated earlier.
I have dated women before but don't have any intent on having sex before marriage. I don't plan on getting married until a few years, but right now I still practice on dating women and simply talking to them.

Once a guy asked me if I was gay.

"No, why?' I said

"Because I never seen you put your hands on a girl, you need to come out of the closet."

This happened in my senior year, and the guy was younger than me.

You keep your education. I'll live my life, you live yours. I don't see how i can benefit from engaging in sex with a large number of partners. All i can imagine is pelvic to be perfectly honest :p. If you want to, great. Enjoy. Use protection and such. It's just not for me. I like to have a stable, long term relationship.

Since forever. While it is sad you have a narrow view of things, it is perfectly understandable, considering the way that religion has permeated society.

Except i am quite possibly one of the most Anti-religious individuals on this forum. I hate religion with a venomous passion. Organised religion has no place being tolerated in our society.
