As a Historian I have to say that this guy is wrong. The easiness in Human migration has made us even more diverse culturally than we ever were before, and it isn't a bad thing. Humanity as a whole is one single mishmash of cultures, and there is nothing wrong with a person with multiple heritage (hell, I have Latin American AND Japanese heritage, and I am proud of that). Migration and exposure to other cultures is what has given us the modern west, so to say that cultural purity has anything to do with anything wrong is completely wrong from a historical standpoint.
