• Prevent every type of immigration into Europe or North America after 1500 anno domini;

Not necessarily... none of us truly have any idea what would happen to the timeline. For example:

Prevent the Civil War, congratulations, you have simply forestalled the inevitable, as eventually the issue of slavery would come to a boiling point, perhaps in the early 20th Century while Europe goes through its height of nationalism (at about the time you prevented the causation of the Great War) making the focal point of the Great War the United States, which would likely resemble the Eastern Front of the Great War, and result in mass casualties and the devastation of much agricultural lands. In addition, the Kennedies, being poor immigrants before prohibition were drafted and all killed off during the war (thus preventing the Birth of JFK) The war comes to a close with a German Victory (more on that later), and the devastation of the United States, with a massive depression from the truly worldwide Great War, and the devastation of the US gives the Socialists a much stronger footing so that in the early 20's they seize control of the government, along with the rise of French and British fascism following their defeat.

World War 2 breaks out as a war between Absolute monarchies (Germany, Russia [because you stopped the revolution], Austria-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire, and Japan) and the Fascist States (France, The British Empire, Italy, and potentially the Balkan States). Because the US is too focused on rebuilding its own economy to intervene the Second World War making it a much bloodier and drawn out process and devastating Europe again. The absolute monarchies manage to cling to existence as they rebuild from World War 2, while the Socialists push for sweeping removal of the old feudalistic and capitalistic systems. Thus the Cold War has begun, and in this run of history, the Communists didn't have to start from nothing as they would have in Russia. The monarchists lose the Cold War and a new Communist World Order reigns.

Admittedly this is a relatively far fetched possibility but it goes to show that changing anything (especially big things) can completely alter the course of history in very unexpected ways.

Note I didn't touch the Pompeii thing as the course alterations from thousands of years of skew would be obscene (more so than only 150).

If there were a change that would prevent the Crisis of the Third Century in ancient Rome from occurring, I'd change that. Pretty much everything in the Empire went to hell as a result of that period and it totally killed the possibility of further economic or social development that had flourished under the Principate.
