98% of West Bank Palestinians live in Palestinian governed areas A and B. Only 2% live in Israeli governed area C. The same thing would happen if Palestine was liberated from the Heshemites.

As much as I like Geert, if you can only find Geert saying Palestine is Jordan than that's about as significant as Nancy Pelosi saying the the Irish are actually Scottish. Both are factually incorrect.
Palestine was the name Rome gave to the entire part of the region so as to spit on the memory of the rebellious Israelites.

It'd be far more pertinent to point out that "True Palestine" i.e Phillistine only extended to current day Gaza. One can also point out that the name Palestine, whose origin is Phillistine, means invader or sea people. That's far more damaging to the cause of "Palestine" when the name they use means "Invader" because we can make all sorts of historical references to other people. As in, lets say you encounter someone from the Spain and he says Israel shouldn't exist. You can respond "If Israel shouldn't exist, then perhaps it'd be best to return control of Spain to the Moors because the Spanish didn't have the right to kick out an invader from their home."

They can only respond to that with "But Spain has occupied the land for hundreds of years and the Moors are gone." At which point you can respond, "So what your saying is there is a time limit on reclamation of land? So when is that time limit? A hundred years, two hundred?"

Fact of the matter is you can use this formula, because nations only come into existence by repelling or attacking. Every nation has a history, use that history to build an analogy that leaves them limited. As I said before, people try to be consistent in their world view, and try to avoid being inconsistent. By challenging that consistency, they either have to alter their views or defend it, either way you've turned the argument in your favor.

Annexing territories = giving the people who live there citizenship.

You know, if you really were in the US Marines, I know someone you should meet. He's a Palestinian-American (with Palestinian ID) who served in Iraq with the Marines, saw his buddies get exploded, then afterwards he missed his home so he returned to Ramallah where he works security jobs. Had a really interesting discussion with him about terrorism, the right to resist, and the right to defend.

Six Marine Infantry Battalions formed a battle line and then rolled through Fallujah and totally destroyed the city killing insurgents in a truly vicious fight that didn't materially help the war on Al-Qaeda at all. The Taliban and Al-Qaeda operate out of Afghanistan and NW Pakistan mostly. That's where the war should have been fought from the beginning. President Bush had a score to settle with Saddam and Iraq and he used 9/11 to get his way. There were no WMD's in Iraq.
