NK is libing of of US and UN charity. They must think they can threaten them and still get support. The most recent sanctions are already strangling NK and they seem determined to press on.

Despite all of that they think they can pose a threat to the US, the EU, NATO, and pretty much the rest of the world. On what plane of existance could they possibly do that? Tgere lucky we haven't already came in and freed them from the oppresove reign of Kim. With so many civil, legal, financial, and military issues I don't think it will be big news if we actually finish what we started with the Korean War.

Actually, now that I think about it, any civilian target they could conceivably hit would have buildings reinforced against earthquakes, which would seriously limit damage to a city. So rather than an entire city going down, we lose maybe a dozen city blocks.
