For the record, flirting does not mean instant consent, no means no, and since you weren't in the room when the act allegedly did or did not happen you have no basis for your claims beyond your feelings.

According to you he was convicted. That means a jury looked at the evidence and said "yes this guy is a rapist" and the law says "yes this guy is a rapist" anybody who says "no this guy isn't a rapist" needs to back their shit up.
