This thread makes me sad.

@OP If a woman says no, carrying on makes you a rapist.
If a woman is physically fighting you off and you keep going, you are a rapist (Regardless of whether or not she gives up trying to struggle).
If you have sex with someone too drunk to consent, you are a rapist.
If the woman is not co-operating and in pain and you are aware of this but keep going even though she never says the word "stop" or "no", you are a rapist (I don't believe you didn't know what you were doing...)

To sum up: If you have to stop and consider "is this rape?" it probably is and you certainly shouldn't do it.
Political Compass Score:
Economic Left/Right: -6.88
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.15

Considering some of TJ's other positions on rape I would be not at all surprised if he thought yes meant no.

Really? Cause I could have sworn I saw the exit sign for Rod Serling City awhile ago and the exit for Calvinball Central coming up.

Considering his posts the last week or so, it seems pretty clear that his positions on almost anything can be predicted to be whatever goes against "Sacred Feminist Dogma", as he puts it.

According to The, Sacred Feminist Dogma is "Christina Hendricks is hot, Taylor Swift needs to take a break from dating, and The Daily Show does not update daily and needs to fix the globe rotation."

I would assume, then, that TJ would disagree.

Sacred Feminist Dogma exists. I am an Archdaecon within the church. There is even a whole subsect of dogma named after me.

Are you also aware that Dom a vehement proponent of rape culture and that Bottle is in charge of the man-killing sect? I'm also a chronic amnesiac, according to him. He seems to know us all so well, it's uncanny.

Membership is secret. The plebs cannot know our names or our true purpose. It makes manipulation and forming shadow governments easier. Stop naming names.

Hey, you're the one that was whining on and on about how membership is down and how new blood is needed, but when I start to get walk-ins for the curious all of a sudden its all hands on deck, end of the society and the ways of mutually consenting BSDM and whatnot...

...at the very least can we avoid moving everything back to the Vatican? I mean yeah, the porn collection was astounding but it'l be hell coming up with a new disguise, I mean the Pope Benedict one can't really be used now can it?

I'm looking around, and I'm noticing something that may be a trend.

Increased anti-bullying messaging, but still nothing about sexual assault, even though sexual assault could easily be seen as bullying when happening between members of a young peer group.

Nah, TJ's positions on rape are pretty unambiguous. Yes means yes. "maybe" means yes. Not saying anything at all means yes. Not actively resisting means yes.

Actively resisting while screaming "no" does, in fact, mean no.

And should you say no, then you should feel guilty for being such a filthy filthy whore who lead a man on by doing things like "talking to him" and "looking at him" and "being around him" without being willing to reward him for tolerating your horrid, boring existence with the only thing about your entire existence that matters. I hope you're happy, you filthy filthy whore.

I've listened to the evidence and changed my position (that may be the first time anyone's acknowledge that on the internet) . I no longer consider sexual abuse of any variety lacking expressed will by the victim to be rape. This includes penetrative acts perpetrated on an unconscious person.

On top of that, because data exists that some rapists were incited to rape because of the way their victims were dressed therefore the correlation is universal IE "they were asking for it".... even though the abboration isn't the woman but the rapist. Oh no, she dared to go out and expose a little cleavage or wear a skirt that has a hem further than 2 inches above the knee, therefore it's her fault.

I want to take a 2x4 to people for telling women to cover up.

Late-Spring/Early Summer is the best time for Gif, The, and I to play "Holy shit, she's hot!"

Don't make the beautiful people cover up. Then only the ugly people will walk around wearing clothes they really shouldn't.

Ah....

They talk about how their teachers are constantly talking about kids harassing kids in school, bullying behaviour, how to stand up to bullying, how to stand up for other kids, etc.

When I made an off-hand remark about touching inappropriately, the kids looked confused.

Gif head-desk'd.
