If they were talking about regulating pornographic photos or live action pornography in particular, such as on behalf of employees or the like, that would be one thing, but they didn't specify making reference specifically to porn that involves actual actors. Which means they could include depictions of purely fictional sex. To regulate such porn would be nothing short of a violation of freedom of expression. You want to fight gender stereotypes, refute them, don't stifle expression of them.

It's also worded rather vaguely, but that's another story.
