I think it's very strange and somewhat disgusting. Certainly not something I'd do myself.

To each his own. People don't choose what they are attracted to sexually. People should be able to donate their bodies to necrophiliacs after they die.

I think it's a subject that's been done to death. *nod*

Revolting and immoral. Some reasons:

1. Humans have a natural and important instinct to avoid and be repulsed by death, not be attracted to it. No good will come of mixing up our sex instincts with death.

2. It is disrespectful of the dead and their families.

3. Consent is impossible.

4. Its unhygenic.
"Our progress in degeneracy appears to me to be pretty rapid. As a nation, we began by declaring that "all men are created equal." We now practically read it "all men are created equal, except negroes" When the Know-Nothings get control, it will read "all men are created equal, except negroes, and foreigners, and Catholics." When it comes to this I should prefer emigrating to some country where they make no pretence of loving liberty -- to Russia, for instance, where despotism can be taken pure, and without the base alloy of hypocracy." - President Abraham Lincoln.

What does that have to do with Necrophilia?

Dead on there. It's very much a cold and lifeless topic, without much fertile ground for productive discussion.

Maybe we can combine them and discuss corpses that want to have sex with children. That would be fitting considering the date. :)

Or we could not. My tea is done and it's time to go out and reset my silly string traps.

Meh. If someone likes dead people, that's their choice (or maybe not, who knows?). Just don't mix up Necrophilia with actually having sex with a corpse. Someone can quite happily enjoy the fantasy and never enact upon it.

These puns are leaving me stiff. Maybe we should just bury this topic and move on before we expire.
