Teen suicides occur primarily because people are dicks, especially during adolescence.

And it does. Once you're dead, you don't have any problems.
You also don't have anything else, but that's almost trivial. Once you make the decision to kill yourself there's an intense sense of relief, where you don't have to worry anymore, because it'll all be over soon.

Unless, of course, the attempt botched and you cannot eat or drink because you drank too little bleach, or that you're blinded because the bullet missed your brain and instead passed through your orbits.

Meh, the 70s and 80s were no different in Mississippi than normal...same as now..I dont think the poverty level has changed around here since about 1870,
It is more that the 90s were quite good and the 2000s didn't really hurt either until 2008 really, at least, that's the case over here

I mean this is America: the economy is crumbling; their parents are losing their homes, job, cars, they're being to try harder than is possible to succeed and go onto collage, their parents are divorcing in ever larger numbers, there are wars going on everywhere, the poverty rate is increasing, they see no future in a world like this, the state governments keep making the education system even harder and their problems are largely ignored in favor of "real-world" adult problems. So I created this poll to get the average person's opinion on this matter.

In the videos they show us, just tell, but not when you will be bullied for being a snitch. Its because of the parents of bullies, they are usually elitest, ignorant, entitled jerk offs.

No, 46% of us think that society should be blamed for teenage angst. I think that teenagers don't care enough about the real world, and should start realizing that life doesn't suck.

Btw, life does suck. These people are taking it to the extreme, but yeah, life sucks ass.
