Autism is way to widespread to effectively combat and so far we yet to figure out conclusively if Autism is genetic or not. There are large amounts of evidence to point to Autism being genetic, but there isn't a conclusive 100% answer as of yet.

Why should we combat it in the first place? Depending on the form, it's not inherently negative.

The difference is that with humans it is cultural diversity, not phenological diversity. Which is why Europeans could still have children with Native Americans despite thousands of years of physical seperation.

I mean, I descend from Saxons, but, except for a small fondness for Germany and Saxony and my attempts to learn German because studying there is far more profitable and more qualitable than studying here, I don't identify myself as German just because my chromosomes come from a dude who lived in Dresden in 1845. Culture and language are far more important than ethnicity is and identifying yourself off a group because you have a genetic tie to something and none of anything else.

They are right to be worried, if Russia eventually no longer has a big or powerful enough military to provide an effective deterrent, China and several of its neighbors could begin to carve Russia up and lay claim to some of its land.
