Obviously because that was their goal: to distribute that video. By taking possession of it, you have helped them achieve that goal. Or do you imagine that videos get onto the internet of their own volition?

Well, I am not really pinning blame on one person here. In fact, I am not really blaming anyone at this point. It was a long time ago and hey I turned out pretty good.

But looking at it again I can see a couple mistakes made. First, the family friend knew we were coming over. And he knew I would be with my parents. So logically you would put something like that on a top shelf or out of reach of kids.

Secondly, after I wondered off from my parents and found the tape. Again, laying on the floor. In plain view. My parents could of watched me a bit closer. But if they had expected there to be porn vids just laying around they would have left me at home with a baby sitter or something.

Humans have the right to life and equal access to the resources necessary for that life and its enrichment.
