I'm inclined to not justify any of your comments with a reply since this is only going to rapidly deteriorate to ad hominum. However for the sake of my own sanity I would like to point out that 15 states jointly ruled in DOMA that gay marriage was not constitutional. States do have an inherent right to debate and legislative over matters not directly in the constitution. Since marriage is one of these things, technically the states -can- decide if marriage, in any form is considered legal, illegal, etc. I would also note DOMA was a far more complicated law than as being described here so Its not fair for anyone to put it in such a 2 dimensional spectrum.
So that being said, I do have a concept (albeit limited because I dont care to understand the supreme intrinsic of the governments workings) of how things work, so you can refrain from masking more attempted character assassinations in your rantings for now on.
