All the women in manly manland do as the manly men say. For we are manly man.
...okay, I'm just a tad bored of the joke, now. I'm beating a dead horse

That is very very interesting. But as far as I can tell that only applies to one neurological difference which is white matter and not grey matter (which men have more of), the corpus callosum which is bigger in women and allows trans-hemispheric data transfer, or the sheer size of the brain (10% bigger in men) or the fact that those with female brains will always have greater cellular connections and be better communicators as a result of that and their greater integration of the right-hemisphere. Those are the things that make the biggest difference in how the genders think.
So the whole white matter microstructure seems a bit paltry in light of the other differences, in my opinion.

this one is slightly less conclusive
Results revealed that regional gray matter variation in MTF transsexuals is more similar to the pattern found in men than in women. However, MTF transsexuals show a significantly larger volume of regional gray matter in the right putamen compared to men. These findings provide new evidence that transsexualism is associated with distinct cerebral pattern, which supports the assumption that brain anatomy plays a role in gender identity.
so the grey matter is also affected, and since you were talking about the right-side of the brain it seemed relevant

I was under the impression that there were only two genders, and transgenders were people who switched either male-to-female or female-to-male (and in my opinion there's no problem with that). Call me an ignorant old fool if you will, but could someone please explain what the other genders are? Thanks.
