The Roman Catholic Church is one of those organizations that needs to be offended at every possible opportunity so as to induce a little progress within the organization, so way to go, protestors.

Well, I'd say that the total amounts of comments pertaining to sexual nature of their breasts outweighs the number of comments pertaining to their views. Showing that women are still socially viewed as sex objects.

If any other kind of eating was part of the ceremony there would be no problem, it would even be required, but since it isn't, it's out of place.

Where i attend for example parents with newborns or small kids usually stay at the back of the church to be more near to the door so they can leave with little ruckus in case anything may disturb the ceremony.
It's not written anywhere, nor it's explicitly required(which i know of), so it's should not be so uncommon for others having different habits.
