I don't think cannabis is a hard drug.

Of course it isn't. As, ICNTON said, there is no, "Drug Effect." You just pick your weapon of choice. However, weed is part of the drug culture for better or worse. Probably worse.

It's a start, though simply ending prohibition for one substance does only so much to combat the horrors caused by the war on drugs.
