no. no. that was his gay constituent!!! a gay said it so he's not homophobic anymore.
ask moderation about reading serious moderation candidates TGs without telling them about it until afterwards and/or apparently refusing to confirm/deny the exact timeline of TG reading ~~~ i hope you never sent any of the recent mods or the ones that got really close anything personal!

signature edit: confirmation has been received. they will explicitly do it before and without asking. they can look at TGs basically whenever they want so please keep this in mind when nominating people for moderator or TGing good posters/anyone!

True. On a whole the SNP is more pro gay marriage though. But, I understand your point.

Why do Christian MPs have to embarrass all other Christians by saying Christians do not support same sex marriage because of a definition in the bible. Most Christians I have spoken to about same-sex marriage are fully supportive.

Don't be deceived when our Revolution has finally been stamped out and they tell you things are better now even if there's no poverty to see, because the poverty's been hidden...even if you ever got more wages and could afford to buy more of these new and useless goods which these new industries foist on you, and even if it seems to you that "you never had so much" - that is only the slogan of those who have much more than you.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

There is no justification to these debates. The state should not have any authority in dictating who people choose to be with.

Which is basically what the Doug Stanhope quote I posted was trying to convey.

Must be why scotland will have gay marriage before england and wales even though this government isn't a majority government. ohhh...wait.

can you actually challenge the fact (emphasis on fact) that all parties support it and it is going to happen or are you going to continue to try and make digs at the SNP because they are not dictators that can push through legislation while also producing it magically from their arse in ready form.

they are/were carrying out a consultation, with predictable results.
