Mediocre as in so many good things with a few terrible things that were actually Bush continuations. Obama would be marginally better than Dubya as the policies for the most part are interconnected as most of the initial Stimulus was Bush in a lame duck session. There's been far worse and far better. I'd put Obama around the 20th to 23rd best Presidents of all time.
