There is nothing new about the Israelis treating the Palestinians like shit.

That was what happened with the last attempt at this topic. HK is trying again to direct the conversation to... um, I'm not exactly sure what, but something about Israel not giving Palestina water.

Huffington post lets any Tom, Dicky, or Harry write articles for them. And at least 90% of any of them that have anything to do with Israel are written by a spokesman from the ADL or some Jewish person who spends the entire article explaining Israel can do no wrong and demanding the Palestinians bow down and worship Israel for not being destroyed utterly.

Amnesty often seems to sensationalize things and base its conclusions on anecdotal evidence. I view its reports in the same way that I would view a good piece of journalism. I value that they shine a light on matters that need to be brought to the attention of the international community and that they make corrupt governments nervous, but I take what they say with a grain of salt.

Also AI is limited in workforce & resources. That's doesn't mean that WHAT they say about Israel is wrong.

you don't happen to think that might be be because the problems in Darfur are internal to sudan, and Saudi Arabia has been moving towards a more liberal environment (or otherwise doing things the same way as always), meanwhile Isreal gets involved with land disputes and wars fairly regularly?
