Since there is a society, I could only TRY to do that, but then society decides to intervene. Without them, what exactly IS a property right? PROPERTY is just an agreement between a bunch of humans that exclusive use of an object shall be given to someone, and we'll hurt/kill/injure (These days we imprison instead) people who go against the group. It's a pact you sign to get society to intervene on your behalf.

Without society, there is no property rights.

As such, when society decides "By the way, we no longer think these moneys belong to you." it defaults to being owned by noone, IE, everyone. And since the government is the representative of everyone, that means they take possession of the asset.
You have two options here. To fight society and risk them deciding "Turns out NONE of your stuff belongs to you, we're revoking our recognition of all your property rights. Also prison." or just accept it.

Form W4. Everyone's paying taxes, whether you like it or not. Filing taxes is mainly so that you declare how much you paid and who owns who, and usually ends up with a nice tax refund.
