Ohhhhh. So you just want to sit and complain. What a good little statist.

At this point, we've pretty much proven that not only can evolution happen, it pretty much must happen since it's basically impossible to prevent it from happening.

theft (thft)
n.
1. The act or an instance of stealing; larceny.
Now, if a person was say, jealous of me and my blue ball he could form a council or gang of children and then have me conform to certain playground code of etiquette. I might enjoy living under such a council for awhile without fear of bullying, but there might be a day when that group comes and take my ball away. If this is against my will or they do not have my permission to do so, all the while not providing the service we agreed upon, then it is still theft.
TAXES ARE THEFT PERPETUATED BY A LARGE ORGANIZED GROUP
In retrospect some may argue that well "THE US HAS THE POWER TO TAX". Yes, this is true, but it has limitations.
Among these are:
Direct taxes must be apportioned amongst states.
Article I, Section 2, Clause 3
Indirect taxes must be uniform.
Article I, Section 8, Clause 1
The obamacare tax(ruled a penalty) and income taxes overstep this crucial boundary in the law as they're both direct taxes that are not apportioned.
Basically, taxes are theft; a fact that has become increasingly apparent with the expansion of the welfare state in which taxes are used to unilaterally benefit one party at the expense of another.

Not at all, I'm saying that if worse comes to worse. I'm glad that we have our second amendment rights to defend ourselves from the negative effects of the stupid choices that people who think like you will undoubtedly make.

Violence against our current Government? No, never. We would lose and pointless blood would be shed. There is still time for us to change their minds through peaceful means.
Violence, though, in light of a severe economic depression that gives way to authoritarianism(such as in Germany during the 30s) whether it be perpetuated by the left and their loathe of economic freedom or the right and their abhorrence of civil liberties, than yes. I would surely support violence against such an overtly inhumane regime which seeks to persecute us according to class, social status or race.
