precisely what does necrophilia have to do with WHERE anyone gets their morality from?

It does sort of make sense, people often determine how moral their actions are only after they have performed them.

Legally? No. Doesn't mean it is right or moral. But, who the hell are politicians to tell us what we can, and cannot do? They are buffoons. The lowest class of the human species.

a country is only as strong as it's weakest citizen.

The politicians? In that case, all countries are weak. No wait, the weakest, not the dumbest or cruelest. Hmmm.....

I'd shrug and continue on with me life as long as my rights aren't being infringed upon I don't care. Now, if some sadly mistaken corpse humper digs up my grave to try and rape me well lets just say the claymore rigged to the lid of my coffin would end that.

I think the OP was trying to get at WHY you take the moral stance you do. Personally, I'd have to say the practice is revolting, not to mention outside the Christian concept of a sexual union only between married partners (ie you can't be married to a corpse, so you can't pork it either).

In Borinata, corpses are considered property and may be willed to a party. If a person's will does not set terms for the corpse, the heirs are free to sell it for various purposes or have a burial-though a majority of the citizenry would be outraged at the practice of necrophilia, they certainly wouldn't outlaw it.

No, because:

Today's oil formed from the preserved remains of prehistoric zooplankton and algae, which had settled to a sea or lake bottom in large quantities under anoxic conditions (the remains of prehistoric terrestrial plants, on the other hand, tended to form coal).

There's a huge amount of biomass in dirt.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Humus

Parts of it were alive. Parts of it almost certainly contain the decayed remains of what once was a human being. (They used to bury people in wood caskets, you know. Long before that, burials were even simpler.)

Mysophilia is a sexual attraction to dirtiness, soilied objects, or dirt in general. Feces and vomit are a part of it, so it's arguably similar to coprophilia and or emetophilia.

It's not a bad name to be called, unless you look down upon such behavior.

But there's far worse ones out there yet.

Plants dont require consent when they are alive,

If it requires consent, then you cant fuck it without getting it, even if they arent walking around anymore...If you find someone willing to donate their corpse to the project, have at it, but you cant go around fucking whichever corpse strikes your fancy, anymore than you can fuck any woman that strikes your fancy...

okay then, if you really think it's such a great idea to say that to people's faces why don't you start a conversation with your parents or friends about how much sexual attraction they have to dirt...don't let me stop you.
oh and if possible pics of their reactions forlulz i mean to document important behavioural findings in my research.

You think dead plant material is the only thing in dirt?

Your whole system of logic makes no sense. Why does the mere fact that something USED to be alive matter? It's not like the human body has a constant composition anyway. New matter is entering and old matter is leaving all the time. It is almost a certainty that there are molecules in every dildo that used to be part of a human body. So what?
