It's not a virus, youtu.be is a legit link to youtube.com. I think the video had some valid facts but the conclusions it draws are faulty. The dollar isn't going to collapse just because some OPEC countries stop using it. The value of the currency isn't determined by how many countries use it to trade, but by how strong its users perceive the authority behind the currency to be. OPEC countries switching to euro will weaken the dollar for sure, but it's not going to collapse the entire US economy and turn it into WW3.

Yeah I agree, the ending is a bit excessive as well, but the video points out some good facts.

well firstly yout.be is the standard sharing code for YT videos.
I think that the video is challenging by means of the fact that it questions the standard view that th many wars that have occured specifically those involving the US, were fought for the publicized reason.
