Well, if you were a US citizen, then why aren't you going to the Supreme Court and appealing their ruling?

I mean, what does that even mean? I know that TEA Party cats interpret it to mean 'vote for policies I like', but outside of that...what?

The Constitution probably would allow some, but not all.

Then you admit that rights that are not explicitly given can be protected.

Which means that the Supreme Court decides these things.

Which means that you're wrong.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

yet none are explicitly mentioned.

therefore, we can conclude that rights not explicitly mentioned in the constitution still come under the constitution.

That's damn scary.

USSR's wrong, it would technically violate the First Amendment, but even if it didn't, there's no point in making people say an oath that in the end doesn't mean anything.

Not that it follows it (indefinite detention, killing people (Americans included) with drones without due process, etc.).

I'll have to ask my best friend, since he's under the Selective Services Act. Being female, I don't fall under that law. But if I remember right, men between the ages of 18-26 have to register in order to get federal financial aid.
