Not at all. I do have the right to own a cannon or an F-16.

No, you really don't.

Also:

-The Supreme Court is defined by the Constitution as the interpreters and arbiters of the Constitution
-Therefore all Supreme Court decisions are declared constitutional unless later determined otherwise
-Therefore to declare Supreme Court approved laws unconstitutional goes against the constitution.
-Yandere Schoolgirls says the AHCA is unconstitutional
-The Supreme Court says it is not.
-Yandere Schoolgirls is therefore going against the constitution.
-The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land
-Yandere Schoolgirls is going against the constitution.
-Yandere Schoolgirls is therefore an advocate of going against the law of the land.
-We must therefore discard all of his legal arguments as invalid because he has no respect for the rule of law.

The second amendment does not give you the right to whatever weapon suits your fancy. I am a gun advocate, but there's a difference between sport and just flat out unreasonable. Because what in the SAM HELL are you going to do with a nuclear weapon? Blow up the moon? Shoot down an alien spaceship? Make horrible love to it? I challenge you to provide a reason of why you'd need an IBCM or any form of Nuclear Missile.

They can kick, scream and whine all that they want to, but if something isn't constitutional, it aint constitutional. If that were the case, then the Supreme Court could just alter the definition of words and that would be end of all be alls "The right to free speech" in essence could mean "You have no right to free speech" and the court could interpret that as its meaning.

Words mean what they say, and the second amendment clearly gives me to right to bear even nuclear arms if I'm capable of doing so.

I see, so you're one of those people who, when faced with a reality they don't like, puts their fingers in their ears, closes their eyes, and screams "I CAN'T HEAR YOU" over and over again as loud as they can until the other person just says screw it and leaves so that they can cling to their delusions about reality, until reality actually steps in to show them how wrong they are. The only person here kicking, screaming and whining is you, and the SCOTUS doesn't need to do that because they have actual authority. Now, since it's obvious that you believe yourself to be the ultimate defining authority on what is and isn't legal in the United States and nothing is apparently going to change your mind, I'm going to save myself a lot of wasted typing, time, and brain cells and wish you a pleasant evening and leave.

I think it's my personal business as to why or why not I would like to own a nuclear missile and I certainly do not want any bureaucrats in their comfy chairs telling me that I can not.

It wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that their chairs are comfy. That's what really hurts.

TL;DR you're a petulant and delusional child who thinks his opinion has more impact on the Constitution than the people who's interpretations are considered legally binding.

Your personal business ACTUALLY doesn't matter when it comes to the law. Any other reason, or do you think that because its in the constitution, which you obviously don't care about, you automatically get the capacity to blow up Zimbabwe?

Obviously you care less about it than I do considering that we're arguing over the definition of the second amendment when it's overtly clear what it means. You're just being in denial about now. Either that or you have low reading comprehension.

Thank you for admitting that you are all but literally sticking your fingers in your ears and going "LALALALALA I DO NOT HEAR YOU BECAUSE I DO NOT AGREE".

You therefore admit that you are not only wrong, but just here to act like the petulant child Wisconsin has accused you of being.

So there's no point in trying to use reason with you anymore.

Or, you know, I could bring up the actual 2nd Amendment and some annotations on it. Now, if we're going by literal definitions here, it says:
Second Amendment wrote:A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

A well regulated militia. Meaning not owning more firepower than your average third-world nation. Now, anything else about my apparent low reading comprehension and my 'state of denial' or are you going to address this?

I am completely in agreement with the sheriffs of my state. Obama, remember: it was the states that came first, not the Union.

Remarkable how like Protestants interpreters of the Constitution are. One man twists an article to fit his interpretation. The other twists it the other way. Unlike Christianity, though, in American democracy the one who has the final word is the one who can have you arrested and/or blow to smithereens: the government. But since Presidents, senators, reps, and judges can change radically from year to year, so can the law.
