Sandy Hook was not a plan of action by the "Big bad ebul gobernment" so it can take away your guns, to do so they would have to pass an amendment to cancel out the second one, and as you need two thirds super majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate to do so, and then that has to be approved by two thirds of the State Legislature which is not going to happen anytime soon as the Republicans control the majority in the HoR so such a notion would stop there to begin with. So no you and your op are wrong about the conspiracy theory, and your theory the government wants to get rid of the 2nd Amendment.

Chances are everyone is going to hate me for this post but i don't care. I believe that 911, Kennedy's assassination, and Sandy Hook are all conspiracies. 911 was a government conspiracy to declare war on Iran and Sandy Hook was a conspiracy to declare on the constitution. Sandy Hook was staged so the government could take away our second amendment. This has two outcomes. First no one has the balls to revolt and the government now has the ability to do whatever they like to us or we all revolt, lose horribly, and get thrown in FEMA concentration camps. Now you may say "what the hell are you talking about FEMA helps people." Well FEMA has large camps all over the country dedicated to nothing. Nothing bad is happening around these camps. Once the revolt happens these camps will be used a prisons. Very similar to what happened in Nazi Germany. I mean come on, they always show up at times when nobody would dare call conspiracy and they always seem underfunded though they get massive donations. Where do you think this money is really going to.
