Glad that's sorted then. I'll call the president.

B) Many atheists have very different political views, for instance, I am a Marxist-Leninist; many other atheists on this site aren't Marxist-Leninist.
C) Viewing an entire group as a single entity is a sign of prejudice, Hitler did the same with the Jews.

Godwin's law though it may be, he's making a correct analogy.
Ascribing motivations and stereotypes to a single group is a dangerous form of prejudice, whether the practitioners were Nazis to the Jews, the KKK to the Coloured, the Crusaders to the Arabs, the French Catholics to the Hugonots or even the Bolsheviks to the the Russian Bourgeois. It inevitably leads to bloodshed and death.
Atheists are people, indeed people with among the most radically diverse viewpoints of any group, largely because atheists aren't truly a group, there is no single motivation for atheism, no one "holy book" or unifying organization like the church. I know as many atheists on the right as the left, as many intelligent, kind and thoughtful ones as utter assholes, it's wrong to assume that because they don't believe in God as you and I do, that there is anything fundamentally wrong with them.
If anything as two Protestant branch Christians we're more alike than any two atheists, and that's coming from a free market anarchist.

Granted, certainly, but it's still a bit tactless and there are other analogies available.

"Christianity had brutally planted the poisoned blade in the healthy, quivering flesh of all humanity; it had goaded a cold wave
of darkness with mystically brutal fury to dim the serene and festive exultation of the dionysian spirit of our pagan ancestors."
