What it would do is allow the mentally difficult to be secluded where they will be without treatment and aid. Not to mention, it will likely breed hatred for the outside world as they foster segregation anxiety.

The concept of disabled nationalism is entirely useless, since if they manage to gain their nation, they will likely need diplomacy which will be usually held by neuro-typical people. They will need to trade. And if a nation ONLY allowed those with disabilities, it is likely going to violate international law. So, I may be autistic, but it is an incredibly useless idea that deserves nothing but to be shredded, burnt, and then the ashes then go into the garbage.

Won't say autistic people don't get mistreated, but so are other people; does the term persecution actually apply in some case?

If I'm not mistaken there are kinds of autism that would probably prevent them from being able of taking care of themselves, creating a state for autistic people would mean that those with asperger would be force to take care about them.

Also autistic people can be very different from each other, I don't think I have met anyone with full autism. But I have met people with asperger many times, they can be almost each other opposites. Some are calm and shy, while other can be a bit hyper.... in some cases "violent".
